Initiate Your Request
Log into your Highwood account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and original manuals back into the original shipping cartons to ensure safe transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
